Project XL

Stanford, KY. - The Lincoln County School District has hired Barry McCoy to teach Martial Arts for "Project XL" 2009 Summer Program beginning June 15, 2009 and ending on June 18, 2009. Classes will begin at 8:30 am. and end at 10:00 am. 

Mr. McCoy will also conduct classes for the "
After School Program" beginning September 2009 through March 2010. Classes will be held Wednesday and Friday 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm.

Mr. McCoy will teach a course titled, "Introduction to McCoy's Karate" where students will learn the first four techniques that is on a yellow belt test.  The course will also include basic kicks, blocks, punches,  self-defense, sparring techinques, and board breaking.

Students will have the opportunity to enroll in one of the several classes that is offered at McCoy's Karate for a special beginners introductory rate of $10.00 per month.
